Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for designing OMO branches to be a functional, safe, and beautiful space for our students, parents, and staff
- Create branch construction/renovation project plan to align with budgets, OMO standards, and timeframes
- Conduct site surveys, construction site visit and project monitoring.
- Identify potential project issues and escalate to stakeholders when necessary
- Coordinate with franchise owners and internal OMO management to ensure our branches meet our design guidelines
- Maintain a strict adherence to building codes and regulatory standards
- Ensure all Zenius OMO branches design, look, and feel are according to our standards
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field required. Previous experience in franchise business interior design is a plus
- Project Management experience
- Ability to use CAD software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Good communication skills, project management skills
- Resourcefulness
- Willingness to travel across Indonesia
