- Design, scale, and optimize warehouse operations according to industry best practices and regulations compliance
- Lead and manage the warehouse operations team; ensure the delivery time and inventory management
- Drive productivity and continuously improve the processes and procedures in warehouse operations; ensure the safe, clean, and organized working environment within warehouse operations
- Track. monitor, and report the warehouse operations performance on timely basis, ensure excellent record-keeping of inventory flow movement and warehouse operations data
- Responsible to create and ensure Standard Operational Procedures & Work Instructions are implemented and run properly.
- Responsible for all internal and external partner activities at the warehouse.
- Responsible to ensure the availability of resources, facilities and infrastructure needed for the work process.
- Ensuring work coordination between the warehouse and related departments runs smoothly according to applicable procedures and rules.
- Responsible for cost efficiency program in accordance with the direction of the Company's Management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience 5 years as warehouse manager in consumer goods (FMCG)
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
- Have capability professional tools Excel, ODOO, WMS
- Have experience lead project in warehouse
- Outstanding leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills & data-driven decision-making skills
