Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop research plans based on briefs from different stakeholders.
- Conduct research projects from developing research materials, data analysis, reporting, and analyzing.
- Project management for projects that have been conducted by third party agencies.
- Facilitate Product Management and Product Design team in the process of using insights to develop/exercise concepts.
- Play the role of consultant towards internal stakeholders by giving suggestions and guidance for research needs.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Has a degree minimum in Bachelor Degree. Design & Research related degrees are preferred, but any background is welcome to apply.
- Has proven ability to plan and conduct qualitative studies (additional background in quantitative will be plus).
- Has a minimum 1 year of experience in design research, UI/UX research.
- Has good critical thinking & problem solving skills.
- Has good communication skills and is a team player.
