Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Be the thought partner for marketing, product and other stakeholders in order to maintain a good process internal and external
- Lead the creative team to maintain the quality of creative output and coherence of brand identity
- Work with the brand team to produce briliant ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, & marketing communications
- Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, & monitor deadlines and budgets day-to-day
- Give creative direction and strategy for all communications and make sure creative materials produce impact
- Roll up your sleeves and develop exceptional well-crafted visuals
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a creative & strategic thinker
- A minimum of 2 years experience in managing a team of creatives, particularly designers and copywriters
- A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to website, social & emerging technologies
- Solid technical know-how and outstanding command of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models is a plus
- Easy-going personality
