Content Project Coordinator  

Zenius is the pioneer for Education Technology (EdTech) in Indonesia since 2004, founded by teachers passionate about learning, problem-solving, and establishing strong foundations on scientific thinking. From our early beginnings releasing CDs and DVDs, to launching a website in 2010, we developed a strong following for our educational content through our teaching methods.

We have now released our powerful content library of more than 80,000 videos into our mobile app in June 2019, and the company has just received seed funding from investors. We are about to embark on a hyper-growth phase to accelerate great learning outcomes for K-12 students in Indonesia.

We are looking for a Content Project Coordinator with a minimum 2 years of working experience to join our fast-paced company. This role will help Zenius to achieve business growth by managing doubt-solving activity and ensure a great user experience.

What You Will be Doing:

• Managing the operations side for a large team of content freelancers, ensuring everyone works according to the SOP, and executing corrective actions when necessary.
• Work closely and report to the Head of Doubt Solving (in the interim managed by COO) to resolve blockers and stick to the project schedule.
• Collaborate with other departments (HR/Finance Department) to onboard new freelancers and process payments with the help of Content Project Admin.

Who is Our Ideal Candidate:

• Have a minimum 1 year of working experience or organizational experience, with a proven track record of managing operations and delivering on-time results.
• Ability to understand high school content materials will be an added advantage.
• Result-oriented and being a proactive problem solver will be a necessary trait to succeed in this role.
