Program Manager  

Zenius Education is the pioneer for Education Technology (EdTech) in Indonesia since 2004, founded by teachers passionate about learning, problem-solving, and establishing strong foundations on scientific thinking. From our early beginnings releasing DVDs, to launching a website in 2010, we developed a strong following for our educational content through our teaching methods.

We have now released our powerful content library of more than 74,000 videos into our mobile app in June 2019, and the company has just received seed funding from investors. We are about to embark on a hyper-growth phase to accelerate great learning outcomes for K-12 students in Indonesia.

We are looking for a Program Manager (“PgM”) who is passionate about combining education and technology, with at least 5 years of experience in a cross-functional Project Management position at a large tech organization in a mobile app company. As a key liaison between most departments (Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc), the Program Manager will shadow the CEO and follow-up on things, making sure all programs are running smoothly.

What You Will be Doing:

• Report directly to the CEO, with a high level of autonomy over program-related strategy and direction, while making sure all priorities are communicated clearly.
• Coordinate with all related departments to make sure all operations are aligned and running smoothly according to the timeline.
• Be present and facilitate the decision-making process during cadence meetings in all related departments
• Ensuring effective communication flow processes to all stakeholders in the organization, especially to-and-fro the CEO.
• Implement on-time corrective measures to bring the project back on track

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in a cross-functional Project Management position within a high-performance environment managing teams
• Experienced in handling strategic goal-setting processes, change management, and conflict resolution.
• Proficient in Project Management software, e.g: Asana.
• High competence in 360° leadership, managing stakeholders from all kinds of level in the organization
• Ability to identify risk and opportunity quickly based on data
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator, able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization, while also able to communicate technical terms understandable for everyone.
