- Collaborate with department managers and proactively identify hiring needs
- Attract candidates using various sources like, social media networks, and other sourcing channels
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any relevant course
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Updated with the current trends in recruiting talents such as use of social media, and other digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
