ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Corporate Treasurer to expand its successful business.

About the Role

The Corporate Treasurer will play a key role in bringing the Finance Team to the next level, meticulous on detail regarding the different financial processes and documents. They will further push through by keeping the company cost efficient.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Record, process, and summarize payment request following a defined schedule
• Lead coordinator with banks for the selling of foreign currencies to local for funding purposes while also ensuring best rates are negotiated to the bank for selling foreign currencies
• Ensure payment requests match the attached invoice and monthly tax dues are filed and paid in time
• Prepare and analyze monthly cash flow statement (indirect method) and reconcile with Daily Cash Flow statement (direct method)
• Monitor funds in all bank accounts and assist in the preparation of PH permits and licenses
• Team up with the Regional Tax and Compliance Manager in bank and other admin related matters

What profile are we looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

• BS Accountancy graduate
• Must have at least 2 years experience in finance and accounting

Skill Sets

• Must be proficient in Excel
