- Actively scout and hire superstar candidates to fill roles for ZEN Rooms PH
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Report to Regional Recruitment Manager and answer to ad-hoc assignments related to HR.
- Create a system enabling efficient sourcing and hiring of candidates.

- You are very highly motivated and hungry for growth.
- You are very proactive in taking up tasks and making sure they are done fast.
- You are open to take on responsibility and work under pressure.
- Must have relevant experience in end to end Recruitment preferably from BPO Companies/ Recruitment Firms
- You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints.
- You are ready to experience the pace and fast growth of an eCommerce startup
- Willing to work in Makati
