Description:
We’re looking for a results driven B2B sales representative to actively seek out new customer prospects and also foster relationships with existing clients. You will provide complete and best fit product solutions for every customer in a scaleable manner in order to help Poundit boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with a hunter mentality, always on the hunt for the next sale and closing them successfully by building solid relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales performance objectives through prospecting new business and assigned leads
- Identify and develop new business through strategic prospecting by qualifying and prioritizing sales opportunities
- Engage with leads thru networking, face to face meetings, cold calls & emails, and closing referrals
- Effectively communicating our value proposition through proposals/presentations and clearly articulating how their needs/problems could be addressed by our products and services
- Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms. Negotiate prices, terms of sales and service agreements so expectations are aligned.
- Present quotes, credit terms, bid specifications and and handle necessary paper work required by the client in closing the sale
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to better understand customer pain points, needs and objectives
- Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, marketing, order/billing and technical service groups
- Establish and progress relationships with manufacturer and distributor partners
- Keep abreast of category specific trends by continuously learning about products, applications, services, and pertinent global trends
- Expand our business by building bridges with clients’ internal HR, Accounting, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and MIS departments

- Proven direct selling experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability prospecting and closing new clients
- At least 2+ year(s) of IT based Sales (system integrators, T1 tech vendors, B2B/govt bidding, etc.)
- Strong oral and written communication skills with emphasis in business writing skills
- Negotiation, cold calling and qualifying skills
- Driven and dedicated to get the job done
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and good time management skills
