Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Drive and coordinate the cyber security initiatives, requirements and program implementation across the Customers.
- Develop metrics and conduct exercises and drills to assess the effectiveness of the cyber security measures of the Customers.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Review the Customer’s cyber security roadmap, framework, and strategy to be current with existing and emerging cyber threat landscape.
- Lead in the review and enhancement of policies, processes, system architecture and controls to mitigate cyber risks.
- Evaluate new technology from the perspective of strengthening the cyber security defence, such as technology that enable the Customers to better protect, detect and respond to cyber threats.
- Conduct review of digital initiatives that may increase cyber risk exposure, highlighting potential risks and advise on risk mitigation measures.
- Promote awareness on cyber security preparedness across Customers.
- Actively seeking opportunities for business growth, improve knowledges & experiences, and acts as a strong brand ambassador.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 5+ Years of cyber security experience in an analyst role or greater with proven results of strengthening an organization’s security environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
- Functional knowledge of compliance laws and security frameworks (i.e. ISO 270001, etc.), endpoint protection, vulnerability management, information risk management, security governance, analysis, and management.
- General knowledge of identity management software, incident response, security information and event management (SIEM), threat intelligence, and vulnerability management solutions.
- Specifics Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy, Networks, SIEM, firewalls, switches, routers and security monitoring tools.
- Experience performing data analytics and aggregation using input from multiple data source.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including conflict management, crisis management, and group presentations.
