IT Manager  

We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to join our team in a vital time of growth. The IT Manager will be responsible for the continuous maintenance and development of the company’s network, infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure along with managing all aspects of its software applications, IT security and Virtualization
• Supporting the user base of 15+ users in office and remotely in both Dumaguete and Melbourne Australia
• Supporting and maintaining onsite and cloud servers, storage, security and network infrastructure, operating systems and software
• Managing Active Directory and GPO’s
• Managing data backups and recovery
• Managing IT budget / IT suppliers and vendors
• Performing regular security audits and remedy issues detected
• Continuously improving on systems and processes to enhance efficiency, reliability and security of IT infrastructure
• Team training
• Mapping of IT business systems and processes and managing our internal HowTo wiki

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or other related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 to 5 years experience in the related field
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and has the ability to explain complex IT in simple terms
• Strong project management skills
