General Accounting Staff  

Job Summary:

As a general accounting stafJf, you will handle/perform the general accounting processes of PGPCI & Simply in accordance with Company guidelines and standards. You will also provide reliable, accurate, and timely financial reports as required by Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting and Controls:

1. Prepares financial reports on a timely basis – monthly, quarterly, year-end package and submit to superior for review and approval.
2. Records all the financial data on the ERP used by the Company.
3. Prepares Bank Reconciliation weekly.
4. Monitor cash position on a daily/weekly.
5. Communicate with the Management if in need of Budget.
6. Ensures that processing of transactions are made in accordance with Company guidelines, especially those requiring Management approval.

1. General Accounting (Daily/Weekly Duties and Responsibilities):

1. Prepares check disbursement for expenses/payables/payroll & petty cash reimbursement.
2. Prepares deposit as needed.
3. Record the sales report (for Simply) and Tuition Fees (for PGPCSI).
4. Prepares journal entries.
5. Photocopying of receipts needed and preparing the sales and purchases/expenses reports on a weekly basis for submission to external accountant.
6. Coordinate with Admin. Supervisor (PGPCSI)/Sales In-Charge (Simply) for Inventory reports, documents needed and other inquiries needed to perform the job.
7. Filing of documents.

Job Requirements:

Education: Must be an accounting graduate

Work Experience: < New graduates

< Must be knowledgeable about accounting principles

Specialized Knowledge: Computer Literate

Personal Qualities:
