- Reviews MRF’s and posts Job ads, reviews applications/resumes, assists managers with screening applicants, ensures offers are made in accordance with procedures and coordinates new hires’ paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures
- Assists in hiring, orientation/training and reviewing the performance of employees
- Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies and other recruitment sources, if any.
- Ensures that all documents relating to appointments including job offers are in prepared in timely manner
- Monitors accuracy of employee database, ensures proper recording, approval and disposition of all documents received in accordance with policies and procedures
- Ensures accuracy of weekly timekeeping of employees including approved overtime and leave request, etc.
- Drafts memoranda and disciplinary actions to erring employees and serves NTE and Notice of Decision to employee who violates company policies
- Communicates and investigate infractions and violations related to employee conduct and discipline
- Assists in identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues.
- Assists in implementing and administering HRMD policies and procedures in accordance with the organization’s overall goals and follow professional standards, regulatory requirements and labor laws
- Ensures that office equipment and facilities are maintained properly, coordinates the proper and timely repairs of equipment and facilities whenever necessary.
- Organizes annual employee engagement programs, such as but not limited to Annual Christmas Party, company outing, Team Building and sports activities as needed
- Ensures employee discipline and performance management system are enforced
- Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned by superior from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HRDM or related course
- Relevant experience in an HR role, with 1 year experience in an Officer level.
- Good leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Good administrative skills
- Good analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good problem-solving skills
