- Receives incoming materials and verifies that they are undamaged and of sound quality.
- Weighs and counts received items.
- Assists warehouse staff in retrieving specified materials from storage as per delivery or shipping orders.
- Performs withdrawal of materials from bins to production personnel.
- Prepares tools and materials requested for site service.
- Prepares finished goods for delivery or shipping by packaging and labeling them accordingly.
- Moves all outgoing goods to the delivery area.
- Ensures that all goods is properly secured in the delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintains accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Utilizes warehouse lift equipment to load and unload merchandise as well as move, lift, or stack materials as needed.
- Has knowledge to operate forklift as one of warehouse lift equipment.
- Organizes warehouse materials and stacking them on shelves and racks in accordance with company guidelines.
- Performs all duties necessary to maintain warehouse cleanliness, which includes sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed.
- Performs other related tasks as required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least High School graduate or vocational graduate in the related field
- With minimum of one (1) year working experience in the related field
- Must be a team player, can coordinate with concerned departments or individuals.
- Has attention to details especially in documentation
- Must be organized and dependable.
- Preferably with NCII certificate in forklift operation, but not required.
