Job Description
- Inspect facility, equipment and systems to identify any issues.
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
- Plan and schedule repairs.
- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Perform general maintenance task.
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and suppllies.
- Perform other management mandated functions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in any technical courses
- At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing setting; preferably with experience on repair and maintenance of building and office furnitures
- Carpentry and basic masonry
- Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- Knowledge in basic welding and fabrication
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Knowledge in PLC an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Can work under minimal supervision
