- Identify the needs and goals for new products.
- Coordinate with market researchers and material suppliers to evaluate market needs, existing competition and potential costs.
- Create a design using AutoCAD adn favricate models that can be tested.
- Experiment and analyze materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances and other factors in the development process.
- Review and refine initial designs.
- Deliver specifications and procedures to manufacturing teams.
- Perform other management mandated functions.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any Engineering course
- 2-3 years experience in metal sheet fabrication
- Knowledge in the manufacturing process, materials and quality assurance
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and solid works application
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
