Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises all aspects of the camp’s operations related to administration and recommends/ measures to management for improvements.
- Ensures smooth operations in the camp with or without clients.
- Coordinates with the booking officer for any reservations, cancellations and client engagements.
- Coordinates with the facilitators and restaurant affiliates any requirements of the clients.
- Coordinates with the direct head, booking officer and facilitators any major concerns in the camp.
- Guides walk-in clients on ocular tours.
- Manages any concerns among all parties involved for a client engagement.
- Ensures that the site is prepared for any client engagements.
- Assists in the inventory management and safety.
- Conducts actual sales to students for any of the camp merchandise.
- Ensures that camp policies and procedures are being followed by all staff including monitoring of daily operations and calendar of activities.
- Reports to the direct head any major and operational concerns regarding the camp.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Management or Business related course
- With 1-year experience in Administration function
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to be assigned in Antipolo, Rizal
