Role Overview

As a Talent Sourcer at Wonton's Sauna, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to shape the teams of emerging tech startups. You'll be responsible for creating and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top engineering talent in the tech space. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of our client companies and the dynamic individuals within them.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates in the tech industry, with a focus on engineering roles.
• Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling outreach messages to engage potential candidates, leveraging various platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry-specific forums.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of trends in the tech industry and talent market to inform sourcing strategies and provide insights to our team and clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiters to refine search criteria and ensure a smooth handoff of engaged candidates for further assessment.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a swift response to client needs.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Prioritize the creation of a diverse candidate pipeline to support Wonton's Sauna's commitment to inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in the tech industry.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging outreach messages.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sourcing campaigns simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A genuine interest in technology and the startup ecosystem.

2+ years of experience in the talent acquisition space, preferably in sourcing specifically

Bachelors Degree, preferablly with a related area of study

Ability to work fully remotely

Ability to have several hours of overlap with American East Coast time
