- Spends time on the selling floor working with customers to assist them with their product selections by providing thorough product knowledge information
- Ensures respective responsibilities of staffs are properly carried out and extract the best out of them
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Develops business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and conducts yearly appraisal
- Responsible in maintaining the overall image of the store. It is his/her duty to sensibly display the merchandise so that it immediately catches the attention of the customers. He/she ensures that the store meets the expectations of the customers and lives up to its predefined brand image.
- He/She must ensure the store is kept clean
- Shelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves
- The store is well lit, ventilated and offers a positive ambiance to the customers
- The signage displaying the name and logo of the store is installed at the right place and viewable to all
- He/She makes sure all staff are informed on the target for the day
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Supports and participates with inventory management functions including:
- Checking in and out of stocks
- Consolidating merchandise to the inventory department at the end of the day
- Submits weekly inventory report
- Ensures proper input in retail and inventory system
- Ensures all stocks are accounted via retail system and inventory report
- Properly follows receiving procedures, transfers, product counts and physical inventories as required
- Ensures sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being “out of stock
- Responsible for ensuring all goods are properly packed and labeled and are being shipped on time; monitors arrival of goods to respective clients
- He/She along with his/her subordinates are responsible for planning, managing profit, and loss, handling cash at the store as well as collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports
- He/She must ensure that the store is free from pilferage
- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing financial reports and departmental sales records
- Determines product saleability by generating market information from customers
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Ensures high level of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Handles customer complaints, issues and questions
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other person in a position to understand service requirements
- Other duties as assigned

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
