Full-stack Developer | Remote | Hybrid  

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for implementing the front-end and back-end of a product from coding, testing, validation, and deployment. This includes writing clean, maintainable code; collaborating with designers and product engineers to implement UI/UX design; testing to ensure product built is bug-free and working, and deploying code to production for launch.

In addition, supporting the foundational business that involves the production of top industry-standard creative development, mentorship, skills, technical process improvement, and productivity, is also part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new features
• Troubleshoot bugs or issues with the product and provide technical support
• Monitor system performance and metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Actively participate in code reviews with peers and senior developers
• Ensure that all code meets security standards
• Develop user interfaces and experience
• Ensure that the product is scalable and meets performance requirements
• Maintain an efficient development process by following best practices
• Ensure that the codebase is well-documented, clean, and well-structured
• Keep up to date with the industry’s front-end development best practices, mobile-friendly ad specs, and multimedia authoring tools
• Support the foundation of the team by collaborating on new products and template development and process updates
• Implement and manage training sessions to improve team performance, skills coverage, and production time with a scalable process
• Ensure that all products developed are up to spec, testing specifically for:
  • Standard/Customer Specifications and Best Practices
  • Functionality and Performance
  • Platform/Cross Browser functionality at different resolutions, and fixing errors when necessary
• Support the team by building an environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and creativity through sharing knowledge and skills
• Understand and improve the team’s technical knowledge on animation and ad development
• Learn and adhere to the team’s platforms and processes that involve creative development solutions for different brands and industries

• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Intermediate proficiency in database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB
• Experience in at least one of these:

  • Cordova (Mobile Applications)

• Experience in digital publishing and/or rich media advertising is a huge plus
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop and vector graphics on Adobe Illustrator, and Google Web Designer is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong management and training skills are an advantage
• Willing to work different shifts to support different regions
