Associate Consultant Intern  

We’re looking for a talented Associate Consultant Interns with a strong UX mindset, a true digital native who believes in the power of chatbots to transform the way we communicate and connect together.

As an Associate Consultant Interns, you’ll create original concepts to meet our clients’ business objectives, design conversation flow, and UX logic, and craft effective and creative chatbots designs that improves the client's overall sales and cost metrics.

You’ll work with a team of talented Designers and Developers.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Associate Consultant Interns offer advice and expertise to organisations to help them improve their business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy. The work stretches across a variety of areas, including management, strategy, IT, finance, marketing, HR and supply chain management.

The projects you are involved in and the tasks you are given depend on the area you are working on, but general responsibilities include:

• Conducting research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of the business.
• Analysing statistics.
• Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them.
• Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies.
• Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing.
• Making recommendations for improvement, using financial models to test them and presenting findings to client.
• Implementing agreed solutions.
• Developing and implementing new procedures or training.

• Background in advertising, marketing, content creation and/or product design is a big plus.
• Graphic design skills is a plus.
• Having already written/built a chatbot is a plus.
• Additional design and/or software development skills is a plus.
