Accountant  

The Accountant will be responsible with the following tasks:

• Performing bookkeeping functions and ensuring that all accounting and financial transactions were done in compliance with the generally accepted accounting principles and company policies and guidelines.
• Observes strict adherence in meeting deadlines for submission of reports and in providing timely and accurate financial information being requested from time to time.
• Processing and timely delivery of all requests for cash advances, monitors employees with overdue cash advance/s
• Do payroll computations
• File company taxes
• File employee benefits
• Prepares monthly Financial Reports.
• Ensures Financial Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
• Prepares Year-end Audit Requirements.
• Prepares and submits monthly Government Statutory reports.
• Ensures proper filing of documents for external review and evaluation.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Must have strong work ethics and values, trustworthy and with high level of professionalism and personal integrity.
• Must be highly organized and capable of handling simultaneous work pressures.
• Can effectively deal and relate to people from all levels across the organization.
• With excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Willing to work in Ortigas
• Willing to commute and file documents
