Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The HR Manager focusing will oversee the following responsibilities:
- Perform payroll for project based employees
- Monitor attendance
- Oversee HR tasks and duties
- Ensure announcements and policies from DOLE are cascaded to managers
- Ensure announcements and policies from DOLE are implemented
- Review and prepare memos for labor and handbook policy
- Prepare and review contracts
- Ensure HR KPI are met
- Perform roles in ISO
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience as HR Supervisor or Manager for atleast 2 years
- Knowledgeable with ISO 9001:2015
- Knowleageable with Labor Law
- Experience with contracts management
- Ability to oversee HR duties from recruitment, compensation and benefits and labor relations, employee engagement
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
