Warehouse and Logistics Manager  

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the following : Warehouse and Logistics, Demand & Supply Planning, Distribution, Stock and Inventory Management, and Fleet Management

• Work with the department heads to ensure that supplies are accurate and delivered on time.
• Manage the demand & supply forecasting activities for all business units.
• Participate in monthly meetings
• Involve in stock planning and allocation.
• Ensure continuous supply to meet the requirements at optimum stock level
• Constantly review inventory status and work closely with business units on plans to reduce the slow moving/obsolete stock.
• Liaise with principal and local agent on shipment arrangement and ensure clearance to be completed within the agreed timeline·
• Involve in sourcing and negotiation with logistic partners on freight management· Liaise with appointed logistic partners on local distribution management.
• Involvement in monthly stock reconciliation (system to system) and yearly physical stock count.
• Plan and manage on disposition of expired and damage stock
• Prepare department's SOPs and KPIs
• Ensure all orders processed and delivered within the timeline.
• Work with Management team /Head office to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policy and practices.
• Provide support to sales and marketing on stock status, back order management, order fulfillment and any adhoc operational activities.
• Involve in yearly budgeting activities.
• Cost sensitive and continuously working on cost saving plan without jeopardizing the service level.

• Graduate of any four year course
• At least ten years experience in warehouse and logistics, supply chain, fleet management, inventory management
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• High leadership skills:
• Excelleng communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Very organized and keen to details
• Can deal with people at all levels
• Can start immediately
