Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Research potential vendors for the group of companies
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Prepare cost analyses
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Interact with the suppliers for verification of specifications & pricing.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Prepare Purchase orders
- Responsible for billing statement of Purchase orders
- Document the receipt of purchase requisition & the delivery of items following the company policy & departmental procedures to ensure accuracy of documentation against actual deliveries.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any four year business
- At least two (2) years experience in purchasing/supply management/
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Persistent and diplomatic
- Can deal with people at all levels
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to be assigned in Tandang Sora, Quezon City
- Can start immediately
