Sales Associate  

The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving business growth by hitting sales targets, spotting new business opportunities, and growing the business.

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of company products or services
• Learn the needs of clients and developing plans and solutions to meet them
• Sell products and services in person and over the phone or online video calls
• Rigorously prospect for new business, set up meetings, and follow up with leads in your pipeline
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients
• Negotiate with clients and close deals to meet sales targets
• Develop sales materials, presentations, kits and document templates in collaboration with management and marketing design team
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
• Ensure sales requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
• Establish good relationships with clients and maintain client database
• Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business and keep the business competitive
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Collaborate closely with other functional teams to ensure an excellent client experience at all times
• Prepare sales reports
• Providing management with feedback
• Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companys CRM or other sales management system

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent course
• Familiarity with the local property tech market
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to understand and present contracts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
• Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
