HR Generalist for eCommerce | Amazon Company | Work From Home  

Our Member Company is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing team. The Company works in the eCommerce space and is a well-known brand in the eCommerce industry. This position is 100% Remote.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact to answer questions and help employees navigate all aspects of People Operations
• Provide support in various HR-related topics
• Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance
• Identify issues and recommend solutions
• Partner with Business Managers to resolve Employee Relations issues
• Partner with global HR team members to ensure consistent delivery of HR processes and global priorities
• Can work Mon-Fri 9pm-6am Philippine Time

HR Generalist Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or the equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years Human Resources experience
• Excellent time management skills
• People-oriented, emotionally intelligent team player: ability to de-escalate situations patiently and effectively
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including HRIS systems
• Align with the company's core values to ensure a world-class customer experience

Computer & Internet Requirements:

• 5MBS Plan or Higher (Must be DSL or Fiber)
• Desktop or Laptop 4th Generation or Higher, i3 with a minimum of 4MB of Ram
• Headset with Noise Cancelling Microphone
• Webcam with a minimum of 720p Resolution.
