Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
- Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of acctg and acctg control procedures.
- Analyze and review budgets and expenditures.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other acctg documents.
- Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend and appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer softwares.
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’sautomated financial system.
- Interact with external auditors in completing audits.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably BS Accountancy Graduate
- With atleast more than 2 years experience in supervising function/ activities
- Must be keen to details, well organized,team worker and with good verbal and communication skills
- Knowledgable in BIR , Tax remittances is advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Window base systems such as word and powerpoint
- Motivated, confident,accurate, hard working and fast learner
