- Develop a sturdy deal closing process, including tracking, data capture and document sharing.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain communications with partner companies and counter parties to request support and prioritize internal deadlines.
- Aid with ad-hoc high priority high impact requests and work cross functionally to meet the teams deadline.
- Break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Review, creating or improving system design for data flow diagram and entity relationship diagram
- Excellent in creating system documentation, database, flowchart, UML diagram, and BPMN.
- Review, creating or improving FSD and/or TSD documents in project activities
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree in mathematics, statistics or computer science
- Experience and comfort in charts require larger, complex queries
- Comfort with data tools, SQL (e.g. Postgresql) is preferred
- A methodological approach for data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills – someone who can turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
- Eager to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple moving deadlines
- Highly adaptable and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Team player and willing to help others
- Experienced in at least one of these following languages is a plus: Java, Python, Kotlin
- Understanding about Crypto is plus
- Understanding of transactions of trading system is a plus
