- Identify, research and collect on past due receivables, to achieve team goals
- Work with Customer, Sales, Legal to resolve contract disputes
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of accounts
- Investigate and resolve credits on customer accounts
- Assist with distributions of monthly invoices
- Responsible for accurate creation and timely distribution of required reporting to management
- Partner with internal business groups to resolve outstanding cash collection matters
- Special projects as necesssary to accomplish finance team's objectives
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must have business to business collections experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have client facing collections (talking to actual US Finance Managers, Accounting Heads etc)
- Very detailed, technical with collections terms
- Can start ASAP
