- Be the Contact Person of ISPS,
- Coordinating everything about the site-- clients, Covid-19 testing, schedules, weather condition, other concerns.
- Maintenance of databases, and report generation relating the project.
-Creating schedules for staff, and adjusting as needed.
-Encoding of Daily Time Records, and Overtimes.
-Overall monitoring of testing site including physical situation, client schedules, clients tested, issuance of results, coordination with the client POC, etc.
-Monitoring site supplies and fixed assets-- doing inventory, monitoring inventory numbers for restocking, requisition of additional supplies, monitoring weather forecasts for any possible inclement weather to avoid damage to site assets.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Amenable to travelling to the office on a daily basis
- Has experience managing a project is a plus
- Has supervisory experience
