Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- In-charge of the crops to obtain vegetables by applying hydroponic techniques with the required quality and in compliance with all established health and safety regulations.
- Prepare nutritional and balanced water-soluble solutions that contain all the essential chemical elements for plant development, including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc.
- Verify that plants' air to water ratio is balanced, with the aim of avoiding aeration problems and excess oxygenation.
- Perform draining activities to avoid waterlogging and the consequent asphyxia of the plants.
- Supervise and control the growth of the plants grown using hydroponic techniques.
- Interpret technical data used to perform their tasks.
- Install the different components of an hydroponics system.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to set priorities, respond to changes, and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with daily demands
- Willing and able to do hard physical labor when required (ability to lift 50+ lbs)
- Available and willing to work full time
