Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Directs all activities of the Control Room Operator and support staff of the Production Department.
- Ensures that plans, programs, systems and standards are implemented and that products, processes and services meet desired quality levels at least cost production.
- Supervise and monitor the day to day production process.
- Supervise production workers in the production line to ensure the safety, quality and productivity.
- Train, motivate and coach new workers and trainees.
- Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems.
- Evaluate production workers’ performances.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are properly implemented.
- Recommends and implements enhancements to existing procedures and programs of the section.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity in manufacturing operation
- At least two (2) years experience in relevant industry
- Knowledge on production planning and inventory control.
