Service Desk Analyst | Technical Support  

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Providing technical support: This may involve diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues.
2. Responding to inquiries: Must respond to inquiries from end-users via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while dealing with customers.
3. Troubleshooting problems: Must be able to identify and troubleshoot problems effectively. They should have a good understanding of common technical issues and be able to provide solutions or escalate the issue to the appropriate team.
4. Documenting and tracking issues: Must document all customer interactions and track issues in a ticketing system. They should be able to provide regular updates to customers on the status of their issue.
5. Providing user training: Responsible for providing user training on software and hardware products to end-users. This may include creating training materials and delivering training sessions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. At least 3 years of experience
3. Should have a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems. They should be familiar with operating systems, email systems, and software applications commonly used in the industry.
4. Strong customer service orientation and be able to provide support in a friendly and professional manner.
5. Basic programming experience/background in C#, Python, SQL is an advantage but not required.
6. Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig on a shifting schedule, 6 times a week
