- Teach US healthcare revenue cycle management, the US healthcare industry.
- Spend time working in different positions in Operations in preparation for a leadership role.
- Fast Track learning and coaching sessions to be conducted by our top revenue cycle managers.
- Learn to recognize trends affecting revenue fluctuations, insurance denials, insurance disbursements, AR collections.
- Learn to effectively lead team members, billers, collectors.
- Conduct time-motion study for production benchmarks.
- Devise optimized production flows.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree in a medical allied field (nurses, dentists, med techs, pre-med) is preferred but not required.
- US healthcare industry knowledge preferred but not required.
- Willing to be exposed to different departments.
- Self-starter; Quick study; fast learner.
- Innovative, problem solver, out of the box thinker.
- Ability to lead and manage.
- English proficiency, both written and spoken.
