- Provide technical help to other areas such as Problem and Release Management.
- Participation on internal technical projects in NOC.
- Change Management responsibilities include whole life cycle of change since the planning and preparation until the actual implementation (at either CLI or GUI)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
- Application Development on .NET/Java and possess good scripting knowledge on Java/VB Script
- Expertise on Design and Deployment /Upgrade of IVR Solutions
- Strong Design & development concepts and Expertise on Development and Deployment of IVR Call Flows in Intervoice
- Hands-on Experience/Expertise on Installation /Configuration/Troubleshooting of Nuance ASR/TTS Solutions
Nice To Have:
- Strong Technical & Functional Documentation skills using Visio/Microsoft Office.
- Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional Certification in Nuance/Intervoice
