Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Will be working closely with the Business Development Team
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the team's calendars and set-up meetings
- Format information for internal and external communications - memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc,
- Take minutes of the meeting
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Process accreditation documents required by the clients
- Assist the clerical needs of the Business Development Team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- With at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications
- Familiar in using CRM tools
- Excellent organzational skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Must be a Filipino National, residing in Manila, Philippines
