Social Media Manager  

The Social Media Manager will take the lead in planning, developing, and executing successful & long term online marketing strategies. This role shall drive all digital efforts to help achieve our marketing and business objectives.

The Social Media Manager will administer multiple brands’ social media marketing and advertising. Administration includes but is not limited to:

• Deliberate planning and goal setting
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation
• Content management
• SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
• Cultivation of leads and sales

Responsibilities

• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
• Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition, and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building).
• Create a regular publishing schedule.
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
• Promote content through social advertising
• Submit reports and comprehensive summary of all leads generated online

• A bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or equivalent. Non-degree holders can be considered provided that a strong digital marketing background is established
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, and analytics/reporting tools, knowledge in growth hacking/online presence optimization is a great advantage
• Good design background, must possess basic photo editing/lay-out skills, with at least beginner proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Photography/videography skills is an advantage
• Passion for writing and creating new content, excellent written communication skills
• Familiarity with web design (Wordpress and Wix) or willingness to learn
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
• Must be willing to work in BGC
