Specification Sales Officer  

• Daily sales calls to top Architectural and Interior Design firms. Focused on targeted projects for ceiling line products and system specifications, including conversion.
• Uses Sales Call Plans to state objectives for all sales calls.
• Develops and writes product, system specific and performance specifications for key projects.
• Measures specification performance using Salesforce.com and in close coordination with the Project Pipeline Officer and Sales team
• Consistently provides daily activities and project status at the salesforce.com.
• Develops and maintains relationships at various levels within each targeted firms. Principal, Sr. Arch. and Specification Architects.

• Presents lunch and learn education series presentations to targeted firms.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key developers, project manager and architects
• Travels with local and corporate Excom members for learning opportunities
• Works with project and dealer/retail sales to close projects as expertise is needed. Report win loss ratios
• Be the solution provider to the market place for interior linings solutions.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or other related course
• At least 3 years of working experience in sales industry for construction and specification selling experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge in CAD is a must
• Understands construction documents and process
• Good oral and written communication skills
• With competent computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• With good group presentation skills
• Experience in Project Management or Project Coordination.
• Driving skills with valid driver’s license is a must.
