Accounting Manager  

Reporting to the Comptroller, the candidate will perform a variety of general accounting duties including, but not limited to:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual government statutory reports
• Preparing financial statements and related schedules
• Preparing relevant documents for BIR filings and assessments
• Preparing monthly Trial Balance and Bank Reconciliation
• Ensuring the Company complies with all relevant national and local tax regulations.
• Assisting the Comptroller in the monthly and annual closing of books of accounts
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the output of the accounting staff
• Ensuring the accuracy of the Company’s ledgers and subsidiary ledgers
• Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures
• Collaborating with management and department heads to resolve accounting-related issues
• Performing a variety of admin-related tasks as required

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• With at least 5 years of experience in General or Cost Accounting
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Well versed in all facets of accounting including preparation of FS and ITR
• Previous working experience with a manufacturing or PEZA-based company is a major plus
• Ability to speak Hokkien/Fukien is a plus
• Computer literate and highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
• Highly motivated, organized, team player, fast learner, analytical and goal-oriented
• Applicants must be willing to work in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila
