Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conducts investigation and checks whereabouts of missing defendants
- Performs verification and credit checking of registered properties at assesor's office and Register of deeds
- Assists Court Sheriff in implementing writ of replevin, execution, attachment and other court processes.
- Follow-ups status of cases in different courts and other quasi-judicial bodies
- Assists in the collection of overdue accounts and receivables being referred to the Department
- Prepares and submits periodic written reports on the status of cases assigned to Legal Department
- Undertakes research and render opinions and advice on matters/ queries referred to Legal Department
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of law school
- Relevant experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good Time management skills
