Account Executive | Migrants  

Offers and services accounts of migrants section by:

• Developing and exploring the migrants market through direct sales negotiations with qualified recruitment/manning agencies.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective clients, referrers, agents and brokers to offer business opportunities for the company.
• Creating billing and/or collection notices.
• Following up payment.
• Ensuring proper remittance of collected premium.
• Coordinating with the Migrants Processor, agents, referrers and brokers, agents and brokers for proper account administration.
• Ensuring accurateness of reports and transactions.
• Integrating with co-workers and superiors to maintain well balanced working relationships.
• Attending to regular client calls and broker visitations.
• Providing support and assistance in the negotiations of migrants insurance initiated by agents, referrers, and brokers.
• Surveying external customers to ensure high standard of service.
• Entertaining to the recruitment/manning agency and migrants with any issues or concerns.
• Coordinating with the Non-life insurance and international partner to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in servicing customers.
• Ensuring the proper maintenance of Migrant Workers Insurance System (MWIS).
• Ensuring the Standard Operating Procedures for the following:
  • Prospecting
  • Franchising
  • Preparation and submission of migrant insurance proposal
  • Closing the account
  • After-sales servicing
  • Others

• A graduate of any 4-year course
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Goal-oriented
• Team-oriented
• Willing to do Fieldwork
