Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop and implement school-wide non-instructional system and procedures that ensure operational excellence within the school.
- Capture and organize key school data with reliability for the creation and completion of various compliance report.
- Ensure safety regulations and procedures
- Update and maintain accurate student recors and student data in student information system
- Manage the school's inventory process
- Oversee all janitorial staff to ensure that the facility is well maintained and continues to be a source of pride in the community
- Recruit, hire, lead and manage teachers and larger operations team
- Communicate respectfully and thoughtfully with parent/ guardians remaining sensitive to different families, culture , values and needs
- Determine the annual budget and implement throughout the year
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Education or equivalent.
- With experience in retail management process
- Understands using a system to manage daily operations
- Dealt with difficult customer and manage staff.
