Credit and Collections Head  

1. Monitors and prepares reports pertaining to cash collection, loan maturities, and Corporate Finance deals.

2. Follow up on uncollected cash receivables and prepare demand letters if necessary and supervise the collection of all delinquent accounts.

3. Prepares complete inventory, submits reports,s and consolidates foreclosed properties.

4. Scout for brokers or prospective buyers of the foreclosed properties, assists in the processing of documents, performs credit/character verification, and ensure completeness of documents upon sale of the properties.

5. Monitors, inspects, and ensures overall maintenance of foreclosed/acquired assets and their improvements: Real estate, vehicles, office furniture & equipment, inventories, payment of taxes, sales, and transfer.

6. Supervises credit investigation works covering banks, court, background, and discreet checking.

7. Confirms verification is done at various government agencies, business operations and activities and other CI works.

8. Assists internal and/or external legal counsels and law enforcers in supplying information and documents and/or whatever physical assistance he may extend to such filing of a court suit, serving of warrants, assisting in replevin, serving as a witness, etc.

9. Attends court proceedings/hearing relative to foreclosure.

10. Liaises confidential matters among officers and counsels.

11. Evaluates and analyzes credit investigation reports, bank and court checking, discreet checking, appraisal work, and other related credit works and edits them accordingly before submitting the final copy to the Senior Management.

12. Prepares final notice, demand letters, and statements of accounts for all past due and under legal accounts.

13. Conducts appraisal work on collaterals of machinery, equipment, vehicles, and properties

14. Hires, disciplines, transfers, and dismiss employees under his direct supervision subject to existing guidelines.

15. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives

• 5 years of experience as a collections manager experience in collections gained from banks or other financial institutions.
