Inventory Assistant  

Reports directly to the HR/Admin Specialist, this position is generally responsible for the monitoring, coordination, of day to day dispatch and activities in inventory and supplies. Also,responsible for the compilation, maintenance, monitoring, planning and projects of supplies requirement from various branch including addressing discrepancies and preparation of reports.The job requires field assignment as well on deliveries of suppliers/orders, manual checking,counting of supplies in branches and pull out of supplies from branches.

• Process approved Job Orders/Purchase Order from approving personnel
• Receives deliveries of supplies, equipment from various supplies
• Does monthly actual inventory of stocks for clinic and head office supplies
• Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material,equipment, merchandise, and all types of supplies. Including but not limited tomanual count of material, equipment, supplies, reconciliation of discrepancies,etc. etc.
• Prepares, organize, segregates the supplies order for various branches this may include lifting of orders/supplies
• Delivers requested supplies from various branches subject to coordination and approval by the immediate superior
• Provides updated summary and reports of stocks, equipment for submission to immediate superior.
• Prepares schedules of stocks for pull out via accredited 3rd party transport providers.
• Does the actual scouting, sourcing for suppliers, purchasing of supplies subject to the approval of the immediate superior
• Receive documents and pull out stocks from various branches of Wink Laser Studio and Simply Skin
• Does actual checking of inventory of stocks on various branches as per instruction or advise by the immediate superior

• Graduate of any four (4) year course
• Highly organized in terms of planning, scheduling of jobs, task and pays attention todetails
• With at least 2 to 4-year experiences in handling merchandise, supplies control and dispatch
• Preferably Female
• Must maintain and carry out professionalism and values of the company
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Must be a self-started, organized and pay close attention to detail
• Firm but possesses an up-beat and positive personality
• Ability to develop and suggest effective solutions, techniques and practices needed to coming up with streamline process on handling materials, supplies without compromising the values, budget planning and other standards set by the company
• MS Office proficiency or can easily adapt to web-based inventory system of the company
