The team supervisors are responsible for consistently driving and exceeding the company’s given performance sales targets.
The Team supervisor manages, supports and develops sales agents by creating a happy, motivated and vibrant work environment, getting them to work as a team to reach targets and goals, handling and solving any problem that they may have and by making sure that adequate manpower is provided for each shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide motivation and empower team to make sure that they are doing their jobs.
- Monitor and act when necessary as problem solving escalation point.
- Ensure that agents have leads to work with and that promos and special deals for products are prepared.
- Track performance in terms of calls made, contacts, conversion and delivery rate.
- Monitor agents that are not performing to standard in close coordination with the Operations Manager and ensure that they are sent back to training for refreshers or replaced.
- Accomplish manpower objectives by coordinating closely with Operations Manager, HR and Trainers regarding hiring requirements, performance feedback and agent assessment.
- Develop a high performing team by Identifying, prioritizing and coaching agents on development areas and mentor them as needed.
- Manage Workforce scheduling and reporting including the tracking of attendance to ensure that there is adequate daily manpower resource coverage for his department and that productivity is not compromised.
- Evaluate, appraise, counsel and discipline agents and trainees in order to ensure that performance and behavior targets are met (conduct performance appraisals and trainee evaluation, hand out memos etc.)

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
- Ability to do the following:
- Customize approach based on situations
- Adapt to the culture of the company
- Self manage, self motivate and be accountable for assignments and related deadlines.
- Competent with MS Office
- Willing to work 6 days a week on a shifting schedules.
