Account Manager  

-Generates sales by offering company products and services to clients.
-Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients and/or accounts.
-Operates as the point of contact for assigned accounts and/or client.
-Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
-Generates continuous client leads for the company and initiate initial contact.
-Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
-Communicates client needs and demands to company and its support team.
-Forecasts and tracks client account metrics/targets.
-Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
-Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
-Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
-Keep records and monitor client transactions including due dates and payments.
-Prepares, updates and submits to immediate supervisor reports including but not limited to Minutes of the Meeting and Project Brief.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, communications, or related field.
• At least three (3) years experience in account management position preferably in marketing, advertising, public relations and/or events management company.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong skills in project management and utilized tools are required.
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
• Understanding and interest in consumer behaviors and industry trends.
• Extensive, accurate product and industry knowledge.
