- Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side of web applications
- Managing the hosting environment along with database administration.
- Write unit tests to ensure a safety net of regression tests for effective refactoring.
- Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems, and be able to identify areas for improvement.
- Apply design patterns and design principles to produce maintainable and easy to extend code.
- Optimizes the application for maximum speed and scalability
- Learn multiple tech stacks to use the best tools for the job.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree holder or master's degree holder from a reputable university
- Three to five years’ experience working as a Backend developer especially in Java language (knowledge with other languages like Go, Rust or C++ would be a big plus) within the financial services or technology/startup industry with min. 2 years’ experience with NodeJS
- Strong problem-solving and strong communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with the team and other cross-functional stakeholders with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep knowledge of Postgre, Mysql, SQL Server, Hibernate, Keycloak or other RBAC management integration, and multithreading application or using framework like Vert.x
- Deep knowledge of google protocol buffer, TCP socket, web socket, GraalVM, and messaging (Rabbitmq, Kafka, nats)
- In-depth understanding of algorithms, data structures, and security compliances
- Understanding of scaling applications to handle the load changes that is a large amount of data traffic.
- Familiar with Quarkus Native or Spring Boot Native (we are using Quarkus)
- Familiar with Containerization (docker), TDD, and version control (Git and GitHub)
- Familiar with TypeScript is a plus
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and Securities/brokerage-specific product development may be advantageous

Investment Banking (IB) Division provides bonds and equity underwriting service as well as financial advisory, including merger & acquisition, divestment, valuation, due diligence, corporate restructuring and financing. To complete our services, in April 2014, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk also acts as Mutual Funds Sellling Agent.
On January 31, 2011, PT Trimegah Asset Management as subsidiary of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, earned its Business License as Investment Management Company.
