Purpose
The Customer Success Account Manager is responsible for keeping customers happy and make sure they get the most out of the subscription services. This is done by working with sales, delivery teams, partners, and others to make sure customers maximize our services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with the senior leaders, executives, and key decision-makers among our customers.
- Create success plans and reports for our customers on a quarterly basis.
- Hold quarterly meetings with customers to review their progress and work together to achieve their goals.
- Assess the current state of the customer's operations
- Identify how the provided solution can address the customers' challenges and improve efficiency
- Create and use strategies to overcome adoption obstacles, including communication, user training, service improvement, process streamlining, and best practice assessment.

Minimum Education
- Preferably a graduate of Business Administration course (e.g. Marketing, Business Management.
